Families seeking help may contact the Four County Family Center directly. We have offices in Defiance, Fulton, Henry, and Williams Counties. All offices can be accessed through our central telephone number. Referrals from schools, courts and other community organizations are also welcome. For those that qualify, there is a sliding fee scale based on the size of the household and on the income. As appropriate, we also work with Medicaid, private health insurance and the Mental Health Board.

| Family Service Counseling Center in Bowling Green, Ohio provides outpatient mental health services to children and adults throughout Wood County. Families seeking assistance may contact Family Service Counseling Center directly. Referrals from schools, courts and other community agencies are also welcome. With the support of the Wood County Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board, Wood County residents are eligible for a sliding fee scale based on the size of the household and on the income. We also accept Medicaid, Medicare and other private insurances. |
